Oreon AI ("Oreon", "we", "us") provides AI-powered content creation and clipping tools at app.oreon.ai. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

- Account information: name, email, profile picture when you sign up or sign in with Google.
- Content you upload: videos, audio, images, and text you submit to be processed.
- Connected accounts: tokens for third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) you connect for posting.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser information, IP address.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Oreon service.
- To process and generate clips, captions, and other AI outputs from your content.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate Oreon (hosting, AI model providers, analytics, payment processors), and only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information when required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile, brands, projects, and generated content.
6. Your rights

7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Oreon is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
