Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Oreon AI ("Oreon", the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Oreon provides AI-powered tools to create, edit, clip, and distribute video and audio content. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Oreon.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Oreon a limited license to host, process, and transform your content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, generating clips, captions, and posts).

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload your content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Oreon to:

  • Upload illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
  • Send spam or attempt to compromise the security of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI outputs

Oreon uses third-party AI models to generate clips, captions, and other outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them.

7. Paid plans

Some features require a paid plan. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using Oreon and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Disclaimer

Oreon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oreon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
